As one of the UK’s premier live entertainment venues, the OVO Hydro in Glasgow is renowned for delivering world-class experiences, and that begins the moment guests arrive. Q Barriers was delighted to support the venue in enhancing its VIP entrance, creating a space that reflects the premium nature of the events hosted.
The objective was to design a clearly defined and visually striking entrance area that would stand out within a busy venue environment, while also managing guest flow efficiently. VIP guests expect a seamless, high-quality experience, and the entrance plays a crucial role in setting that tone.
To achieve this, we installed our Beltrac permanent posts alongside the versatile Nextrac partition wall system, creating a structured and fully branded VIP zone. The combination of durable infrastructure and high-impact graphics ensures the entrance is immediately recognisable, guiding guests effortlessly while maintaining a sophisticated, premium look and feel.
The result is a well-organised, highly visible VIP entrance that enhances both queue management and customer experience. Guests benefit from a smooth and clearly defined arrival process, while the venue gains a flexible, professional solution that aligns with its reputation for excellence.
